Most drug charges can be sealed in Colorado. Dismissals can be sealed at any time after the dismissal in court occurs. Criminal drug convictions may be sealed after a certain period determined by the severity of the offense. All misdemeanor drug possession charges can be sealed. Most felony drug convictions may also be sealed. Only the most serious drug distribution cases cannot be sealed in Colorado.
